Dear Members,
As you are aware that on 21 November, we carried out the final committee meeting of this year in Chilham Sport Centre. I was delighted to meet and greet the members who have turned up for the meeting. Total of 43 committee members and general members were enthusiastically attended the meeting. We have managed to discuss and eventually agreed in various important issues. It was nice to hear the voices of Amaa Samuha as well that have briefly swirled the minds of the committee. The minutes will be produced and circulated by acting secretary of the meeting, Rajkumar (Overall co-ordinator) in near future.

I would like to thank you all, specially Area representative of Folkston, Gautam for his excellent co-ordination for arranging venue and quality messing.

Best Regards

Tham Gurung
Chairman
